Thank you for your interest in Penticton Women In Business! We are a female driven networking organization made up of South Okanagan women. Our members and guests are owners or employees in finance, tourism, health, education, industry, retail, service, marketing, and everything in between. You don’t need to be a business owner to participate.


We would love to have you join us! 


Luncheons are held at restaurants or venues in Penticton from 11:30-1pm, a 'power' lunch! Included with your ticket is your meal and a non-alcoholic beverages. Each luncheon allows time for informal networking around the table and room, followed by a 20-minute presentation by the keynote speaker and the sponsor, who is given the opportunity to discuss their business, product, or service. Keynote speakers are often experts in their field , and discuss topics that are relevant, educational, and inspiring to our members.

Please note that sponsorships include a fee, and hosting an events assumes a partial in-kind sponsorship contribution in order to keep ticket prices affordable for everyone who attends.

Penticton Women in Business Bursary Fund


The Penticton Women in Business Bursary is offered to an Okanagan College student returning for a second year or beyond in the Business Program at the Penticton Campus. Applications are made through Okanagan College.


Join us in supporting the future business leaders in our community by helping us grow the PENTICTON WOMEN IN BUSINESS BURSARY FUND! Donations may be made by e-transferring to pwib@telus.net or contributing to the PWIB Bursary Fund through the South Okanagan Community Foundation, or the Okanagan College Foundation.
