The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an annual event for all members in good standing to participate in. The detail of the 2026 AGM include:


Date:  Tuesday, March 10, 2026

Time:  11:30 AM - 1:00 PM

Location:  Highway 97 Brewing , 200 Ellis Street


This meeting provides the Penticton & Wine Country Chamber of Commerce with a platform to engage with its members and showcase organizational transparency.  Moreover, it offers members the opportunity to actively contribute to the governance of the Penticton Chamber, learn of key updates, and help shape the future.


Timeline:

  • 11:15 AM - Doors Open
  • 12:00 PM - Lunch
  • 12:15 PM - AGM called to order
  • 1:00 PM (approx) - AGM adjourned.

Important to Know:

  • Voting Eligibility: Only Chamber members in good standing can vote. One vote per Chamber Business. Make sure your membership is up-to-date.

AGM Details:

  • AGM Only - Free (but will not include any food or beverage).
  • AGM & Lunch $35 + GST

2026-2027 Board of Directors Application

Applications for the Penticton & Wine Country Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors OPEN Thursday, February 5, 2026 at 4PM. 


Call for Board of Directors
The Penticton & Wine Country Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations for eight (8) Board of Directors seats, including seven (7) two-year terms and one (1) one-year term. 

As a governance board, Directors provide strategic leadership and oversight to support the Chamber’s mission and local business community. Current members are encouraged to consider putting their name forward or nominating a fellow business or community leader.
