Penticton Women in Business

Thank you for your interest in Penticton Women In Business! We would love to have you join us!

We are a female driven networking organization made up of South Okanagan women. Our members and guests are owners or employees in finance, tourism, health, education, industry, retail, service, marketing & everything in between. You don’t need to be a business owner to participate.

Luncheons are held at restaurants or venues around Penticton from 11:30-1pm – a power lunch! Included with your ticket is your lunch and non-alcoholic beverages.

At each luncheon, there is time for informal networking around the table & around the room, a 20-minute speaker and a sponsor. The speaker speaks on a topic that is relevant, educational, inspiring and of interest to our members. These speakers are often experts in a particular field and broaden our understanding on a variety of topics including business, health, finances, personal and professional lives. A sponsor will have a few minutes to shamelessly promote themselves to those in attendance (if you’re interested in being a sponsor, please email, there is a fee).

Each year, we offer a bursary to an Okanagan College student returning for a second year or beyond in the Business Program at the Penticton Campus. From time to time we do small fundraising activities to help support the bursary program. Thank you for your contribution & support!
