Packages and Pricing

We offer two different packages to help you make the most of your event.

**Basic Package $95.00+GST

  • Announcement of the event in one edition of the Chamber’s weekly event calendar eBlast, sent to the full Chamber distribution list (over 1,000)
  • Event created on Penticton Chamber Facebook page and link to your Facebook Event page if you have one set up
  • Announcement of event created on Chamber’s website in the Calendar of Events section for up to 4 weeks prior to the event, allowing guests to register on line
  • Chamber to provide ribbon cutting scissors, company to provide own ribbon
  • Chamber to provide portable sound system and microphone if requested
  • Representation of the Chamber of Commerce at the event*
  • Email Invite to City of Penticton Mayor, Councillors, Chamber Board of Directors and Ambassadors

 

** Enhanced Package $150.00+GST

  • Announcement of the event in one edition of the Chamber’s weekly eBlast, sent to the full Chamber distribution list (over 1,000)
  • Event created on Penticton Chamber Facebook page and link to your Facebook Event page if you have one set up
  • Announcement of event created on Chamber’s website in the Calendar of Events section for up to 4 weeks prior to the event, allowing guests to register on line
  • An additional eBlast invite created by your team sent out 1 week prior to your event
  • Chamber to provide ribbon cutting scissors, company to provide own ribbon
  • Chamber to provide portable sound system and microphone if requested
Please Note:

* During normal working hours Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm. For events held during the evening and/or on weekends, we will do our best to have a representative there but cannot guarantee attendance
** While we do invite key dignitaries, we are unable to guarantee their attendance
