Practice the Art of Conversation…

Every day the news and social media are bombarded with conflicting information and opinions that the opportunities to reflect deeply on difficult matters are becoming fewer and further between.

The Naramata Centre offers just such an opportunity to come together for a respectful and in-depth discussion on social, environmental, and cultural issues we are facing in the community today.

Join us for an experiential and interactive weekend retreat to practice the art of conversation.

Deepen your understanding and skills in:

  • Communication styles
  • Empathetic listening
  • Critical thinking
  • Appreciative inquiry
  • Personal values
  • Self-care

During this time together we will learn the tools to strengthen our abilities to hold brave spaces and be intentionally challenged in our intellect and values.

Benefits of attending this retreat include:

  • Mentorship
  • Community connections
  • New friendships
  • More confidence in self-expression and authenticity
