I have been a part of the Chamber of Commerce in communities in Nova Scotia and Saskatchewan, as well as in Fort McMurray Alberta.
Within the Penticton Chamber of Commerce, I have been a long time member, representing an employer or organization. In more recent years, I have been an active Ambassador, assisting at as many of our Chamber events and programs as possible. I was appointed as a Director in 2018, and currently sit on the executive as the Board Secretary. I am a part of the nominations and education committees, and serve as chair of the governance and accreditation committees. I also represent the Chamber at the SOICS – LIP Council.
I am very proud of our Chamber and the work that we do in our business community, and would appreciate our members support in allowing me to continue as a Director.
