    Member Services

First and foremost, the Chamber is here to serve your business needs to ensure your success in the Penticton business community.  Our offices are open 8-4, Monday through Friday with a friendly, open door policy whenever a member drops in to say hello.  We value your feedback and are constantly seeking new ways to improve our programs and services.  Please, NEVER hesitate to let us know how we’re doing!

    Business Seminars

One of the ways by which we offer our support is through ongoing business seminars, training and workshops.  Available to Members Only, seminars are a great way to brush up or learn brand new skills to use in your business while networking and making connections with fellow Chamber members.

Check out the Events Calendar for upcoming seminars!

    Certificates of Origin

The Penticton & Wine Country Chamber of Commerce will certify documents for both members and non-members as an essential trade service.

Document certification is primarily for the confirmation of the origin of goods and is a requirement of many countries before goods are allowed into their country.

An ATA Carnet can only be issued by the Canadian Chamber of Commerce. An ATA Carnet simplifies customs procedures and allows users to make customs arrangements in advance while using a single document for many countries. It acts as a passport for goods and assists in the temporary importation of goods, free of duties and taxes.
